The chorus effect was originally designed to simulate the sound of several voices — as if several people were singing together in unison — and uses a variable delay between them to control the intensity of the effect. This is one of the typical effects that can be achieved with Blue Cat’s Chorus. However, this chorus can do just about anything, from a light ensemble to a deep destructive modulation effect. The plugin allows you to drastically change the original sound and create deep pitch modulation, or crazy ‘bubbling’ effects, and with the additional ‘Spread’ control on the stereo version the famous stereo-widening, head-spinning chorus effects are but a few clicks away.
